Illustrating Children’s Books Course for Adults

Alexandra Palace hosts a ten-week course on illustrating children’s books. Wednesday sessions in the Creativity Pavilion examine the artistic and narrative process behind picture books, from developing a story through to creating its illustrations. The course title explicitly identifies it as an adult programme. Classes run from 10:00–12:00 on ten published dates between 23 September and 2 December. The course costs £300 and advance booking is open. The organiser states that the course will be cancelled and refunded if the minimum student number is not reached.
